Terms and conditions of sale

1. Bebec will supply the goods in perfect condition.

2. The customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges.

3. Bebec will provide a refund or exchange items within 7 days of purchase price, but customer will pay for shipping if exchanged, as detailed in our returns policy.

4. Bebec will not be held liable for delays or loss in shipping due to third party activities.

5. Although items are usually in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item or items ordered is or are not in stock, Bebec will advise an estimated delivery date.

6. Bebec warrants that provided items are in stock and full payment is received, orders are shipped by the following business day.
